Voyager 2 probe has exited the heliosphere

Nasa‘s Voyager 2 entered the interstellar space. According to Nasa’s statement;

“For the second time in history, a human-made object has reached the space between the stars. NASA’s Voyager 2 probe now has exited the heliosphere – the protective bubble of particles and magnetic fields created by the Sun”.

Nasa’s mission scientists determined the probe crossed the router edge of the heliosphere on November 5th. Firstly, Voyager 1 crossed the edge of heliosphere on 2012 but Voyager 2 will provide some data about the nature of the gateway into interstellar space.

Voyager 2 is more than 11 billion miles from earth.
