Google has acquired India’s train tracking app



Google has acquired Indian’s popular train tracking app called¬†” Where is My Train”. The app has 10 million registered users and these 10 million can track the train for arrivals, departures and buy the tickets. There are 14,000 trains in India to track. The app is only on Android supporting 8 languages.

There’s no information about the price but according to Indian Economic Times it is probably between $30-40 million.¬†

The company announced that they are joining Google from their website today.
